Located in Melbourne's western growth corridor, this independent co-educational college serves students from Prep to Year 12 on a single campus. With a student population of approximately 2,000+, the school is one of the largest independent colleges in the region and continues to grow.
The college offers an extensive range of senior pathways including VCE, VCE Vocational Major, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, one of very few schools in Melbourne's west to offer this combination. As a registered training organisation, the school also delivers vocational qualifications on-site.

Role Overview
- Position Type: Full Time Permanent
- Start Date: Term 3, 2026 (July)
- Location: Melbourne's West Suburbs
- Subject Areas / Year Levels: Arabic, Primary or Secondary
- Salary:$78,564 to $118,063 FTE depending on experience and classification. POL allowances apply for leadership positions.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Arabic language lessons across primary or secondary year levels
- Support students in developing Arabic literacy, oracy and cultural understanding
- Design learning programs that connect language acquisition to cultural identity and community values
- Maintain accurate student records, assessments and reporting in line with college requirements
- Collaborate with faculty colleagues on curriculum planning, moderation and professional learning
- Contribute to the broader school community through pastoral care and co-curricular engagement
You're a qualified teacher who:
- Holds or is eligible to obtain Australian/NZ Citizenship, PR or valid work rights (Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply)
- Holds or is eligible to obtain Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) Registration
- Has an updated resume and can provide at least two recent professional references
- Brings creativity and adaptability to lesson planning and delivery
- Maintains high expectations for student learning and wellbeing
